So here we are, summer vacation started which means lots of quality time with kids and family and what makes it even better is that I have decided not to take summer semester in the university so it's THREE FULL MONTHS of pure joy and happiness and yes,,,lots of sleep.
So to celebrate a happy fresh start I have decided to posts some ideas of coffee table decorating that I think are simple and elegant at the same time.
What I love so much about neutral colors inside my home is that I get to mix and match other accessories which gives a quick vibrant atmosphere without so much effort or money.
The golden rule in simple shabby chic coffee table decorating is the idea of dimensions, it's simply as follows:
On the coffee table you add
1. a horizontal thing like a tray or stalk of books
2. a vertical thing like a candle or tall object
3. an object whether it be a flower or an artistic piece or even a weird object (in my case i added a bird cage, a sea shell or even a rock) this object fills the empty gabs on the set you just designed.
I will leave you with pictures and show you how each design is different than the other but still fills the living room with a positive vibe.
